St. Francis Catholic School has found a way to support front line workers during these difficult times. Ms. Lisa Levecque, Empower Teacher, is using the school’s 3D printer to print personal protective equipment for front line workers. “It has taken some trial and error,” says Levecque “but I persevered and St. Francis is now printing approximately five face bands each day.”
St. Francis Online Learning Plans
Hello St. Francis families,
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times. We wanted to update you regarding our next steps to support continuation of learning for our students.
We met virtually as a staff this week and had some great conversations regarding supporting students with learning from home.
Our staff will be connecting with all St. Francis families in the next few work days to explain what learning will look like for your child.
We do anticipate some bumps in the road, so we appreciate your continued support.
If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to email the school: stfrancis@sudburycatholicschools.ca or call the school at 705-674-0701 as we will check messages daily.
We hope all is well, stay safe. We are in this together.
Thank you,
Colin, Natasha & the St. Francis Team

St. Francis School’s “Autism Superheroes” who work daily to support our students with ASD gave a big shout out from home this week. Despite schools being closed, St. Francis Staff celebrated World Autism Day by wearing blue.
