The School Day at a Glance

• Supervision begins: 8:35 a.m.
• Morning bell: 8:50 a.m.
• Morning Recess: 10:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
• Staggered Lunch: 12:05 p.m. to 12:55 p.m.
• Afternoon Recess: 2:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Dismissal: 3:10 p.m.

Attendance and Safe Arrivals

Whenever your child is ill or will not be attending classes, please call the school at 705.674.0701 and Press 1 to leave a message or email us at stfrancis@sudburycatholicschools.ca. If we have not heard from you by 9:00 a.m. we will attempt to contact you. We are required to ensure that all students who are absent are safely accounted for.

Picking Up Your Child

Please call us in advance when you will be picking up your child. The teacher will have your child ready to leave when you arrive. You must also let us know by phone call or in writing, should someone other than yourself (the parent/guardian) come to pick up your child.
