LSC Students Participate in “Bell Let’s Talk Day” to Support Mental Health

Last week, Mr. Snofl’s LSC students at St. Francis School took part in “Bell Let’s Talk Day,” a national initiative aimed at raising awareness and promoting mental health support. The students engaged in a variety of activities designed to foster understanding of strategies to maintain positive mental health.
One of the activities included listening to Eastern Meditation Music while colouring mandalas as a class. This calming and creative exercise allowed students to practice mindfulness, helping them connect with their emotions and promote mental well-being in a supportive environment.
Through these activities, the students not only gained valuable tools to support their mental health but also created a space to discuss the importance of self-care and emotional resilience. St. Francis School is proud to encourage and support the mental health of all students through such meaningful initiatives.
